All orders are processed within 3-10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location. Once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications may not be possible. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a replacement or refund. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Policy

All outfits by Lutaáwó are made to order this is due to our lean sustainable production practices and our belief that every body type is unique.

Thus shipping timelines will vary per outfit based on the uniqueness and intricacy of each piece. We generally estimate a creation time of 3 – 10 working days.
For items that are needed urgently do leave us a message or send us an email at lutaáwó@gmail.com requesting for an expedited production process. We will endeavour to get your outfit to you in record time or revert on a reasonable alternative timeline. 

Logistics Partner: 

We have partnered with Shipbubble and DHL for local and international deliveries respectively.  

DHL offers seamless delivery to over 220 countries worldwide with a delivery time of 3 – 5 days. 

Orders are pick-up by our logistics partners on weekdays once approved and packaged by our quality control team. 

A tracking number will be shared with the customer once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Fee:

The prices stated on the website cover shipping cost and as such you are not required to pay for shipping. We have a free shipping policy here at Lutaáwó – your item will be delivered by DHL to your doorstep. However, you are responsible for taxes (if any) as demanded by your country or region. 

 

Taxes, Customs and Import Duties:

For items shipped to you from a different country, customs and import duties may be levied by your local government. These customs levied are the responsibility of the person making the purchase. We do however have a partnership with Anka and DHL to reduce this customs fee as is levied by your local government (if applicable) and will share the link for payment well in advance to enable you to take advantage of the customs discount rates. We are here always to reduce the burden and ensure the best possible customer experience.

Return Policy

If it reduces the number of unused clothes in landfills and ensures you only have the right clothes that fit your body then we at Lutaáwó are more than happy to accept your returns.

Please ensure to align with our return policy below:
– We only accept returns on regular-priced items. We do not accept returns on sale items.

– The returned item is dispatched to us by the customer within 7 days from the date of receipt by the customer.
– The returned item must be undamaged, unused, unworn and still fitted with all tags, labels and the original packaging.
– For items packed in dust bags and protective boxes such as accessories and jewellery, they must be returned properly packaged as received by the customer in the packaging above including but not limited to all documentations and branded boxes or packaging used.

We hope that each outfit meets your specific delight, however, we advise that you take extra care when trying on your purchases to ensure that if necessary, they are returned in the same condition you received them as any returns that do not meet our return policy (stated above) will be not accepted.

We do not cover shipping and taxes on returned articles.

Wish to exchange your purchased item for a different colour, size or design?  Not to worry, just follow our return process and we will accept the returned product based on our return policy and issue store credits.  You can then use your store credits to place a new order. 

Exchanges are not allowed on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
